We can communicate reported maintenance matters to owners and coordinate approved work with relevant service providers. Repairs remain subject to owner instructions, urgency, access, contractor availability and applicable tenancy requirements.

Our team assists with tenancy administration using the information available at the relevant time. Property owners remain responsible for obtaining independent legal, taxation, financial, building or other specialist advice where required.
